links2 software package provides Web browser running in both graphics and text mode, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install links2
links2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the links2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep links2 *
You will get with links2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
